My role is a Customer Services Executive in the Key Partner Dealer team. We look after clients who have anything from one shop on the high street to a chain of seven shops. We also look after internet based companies who do all their business direct from warehouse to consumer.
I have been here 5 and a half months and only in Key Partner Dealers for 6 weeks. I started off in Dealers and they felt like I was ready to move up to the next level, which feels really nice. I have spent this time building relationships with my customers and keeping on top of the every day work.
